Store status
The current website is a demonstration storefront. Products, prices, availability, delivery promises and promotions are not final offers for sale.
Accounts
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting their account credentials. Giftora may restrict accounts used fraudulently or abusively.
Orders and payment
Binding order, cancellation, payment and acceptance rules will be added after the licensed business entity and payment provider are confirmed.
Products and personalisation
Final descriptions, images, dimensions, colours and personalisation conditions will be shown on each product page. Reasonable variations may occur where clearly disclosed.
Governing requirements
The final terms will identify the licensed seller and reflect applicable laws and consumer rights in the United Arab Emirates.
